User Groups

MarketLinx organizes extremely active and successful User Groups for all of its major product lines, including TEMPO™, InnoVia™ and MLXchange™. Please refer to our event schedule for a list of upcoming User Group meetings.

Meetings

Our User Groups usually meet twice a year in various locations across North America (often at client sites) to discuss and plan the future of MarketLinx products. User Group activities include corporate updates from MarketLinx, previews of new functionality, third-party product presentations, group discussions, and a variety of break-out sessions and focus groups to drill down on specific program areas. And after a meeting is over, MarketLinx will often organize a few extra-curricular activities for the attendees—see the video below!

Online Forum

User Group members have access to a private online forum to provide feedback, discuss ideas, and download special resources. If you are a customer and want access to the online forum, please send us a message.

Advisory Board

User Group participants are also responsible for electing a product Advisory Board. The Advisory Board is a group of approximately 12 customer representatives that participates in monthly conference calls with MarketLinx staff to ensure consistent and accountable product management.
