Search
- Map search allows up to three separate map search areas (polygons, rectangles or radii) in a single search
- Added a "Not Containing" search operator to Remarks fields
- Added Member and Office Lookup to search criteria screens
- Ability to configure a specific results grid to always be used with a saved search
- Open House Dates can be included in Residential searches and reports
- Search criteria pick lists can be set to display just Short Codes or Description only
E-mail Notification of Events such as Expiring Listings
The MLS can now configure a number of e-mail notifications to remind agents of important events. For example:
- Notify listing agent(s) and/or broker 14, 7 and 1 days before the listing expiry date
- Notify listing agent(s) to submit images 2 days after list date if no images exist
- Notify listing and selling agents 1 day before the Closing date
Report Editor Enhancements
A comprehensive upgrade to this module gives agent-level users many new capabilities, including several that were previously available to staff MLS staff only.
- Edit multi-record reports, such as multi-row, multi-column and label report types
- Create System-level report headers and footers that can’t be modified by end-users
- Copy and save existing report for use with a different property type
- Include image name and comments
- Ability to insert Maps
- New Photo Report type

Public Visibility of Listing Attachments
Files attached to listings may now be viewed by non-MLS members, at the discretion of the MLS and the user who uploaded the document.
- The MLS specifies which attachment types are visible to the public
- For visible types, the uploading user can disallow public visibility if desired
Changes to Prospect Search Notification Settings
New changes make it possible to create a search that highlights new matches without sending notifications to a client.
- The “Use Auto-Notification – Yes/No” option has been relabeled to indicate if a search is Active
- A new notification frequency option of “Never” is available, which results in no e-mail notifications, but new matches are still found
Watermark Images with Image Overlay
Watermarking now supports image-overlay, such as the MLS logos.
- Watermark Position and Transparency levels are configurable
- Watermark image can be either JPG or BMP
Photo Reports
The new Photo Gallery report type lets users create special reports for showcasing listing images.
- Pages with no images are never displayed or printed
- Shows each image’s name and/or comments
Other Enhancements
- Home Page Inventory Watch now includes listings where the agent was a Co-Listing, not just the Primary Agent
- Client pick lists can be sorted by First or Last name
- Improved quality of uploaded pictures
- Password strength configuration – MLS staff can define the password policy for minimum length, upper and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols, expirations, and specify invalid password entries (such as the user’s name, or “password” or “12345”)
