F43,000 REALTORS® SIGN CONTRACTS WITH FIRST AMERICAN’S INTEREALTY.
—Seven Out of Nine Accounts Upgrade to MLX Professional —
SANTA ANA, Calif., Oct 24, 2005 –Interealty, a division of First American Residential Group and a member of The First American Corporation (NYSE: FAF) family of companies, today announced that nine major real estate organizations in the U.S. and Canada have signed contracts to use MLXchange, Interealty’s Web-based multiple listing service (MLS) automation technology; and/or MLX Professional, which provides additional Web-based customer relationship management tools.
The nine organizations under new contract are: Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Board; Greater South Bend-Mishawaka Association of Realtors®, Inc.; Bryan College Station Regional Association Of Realtors®; Greenwich MLS, Inc.; West Penn Multi-List; Realtor® Association of Miami-Dade County; Corpus Christi Association of Realtors®; Realtor® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale; and Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors®. The Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Board is a new Interealty account, while the other organizations are existing customers who have entered into new contracts with Interealty.

The contracts range in duration from 17 months to five years. Seven of the nine contracts include provisions to upgrade all members to MLX Professional, which provides additional customer relationship management tools such as customizable agent Web sites with client portal pages, Internet lead capture, and calendaring and scheduling.All of the contracts were signed during the second and third quarters of 2005.
