Contract Renewals With Sandicor and Other Major MLS Customers Widens MarketLinx’s
Industry-Leading Position—
SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 3, 2005 –MarketLinx
Solutions, a division of First American Residential Group and a member of The
First American Corporation (NYSE: FAF) family of companies, today announced
that Sandicor, Inc. has renewed its service and license agreement with MarketLinx.
The signing of the renewal agreement is a significant milestone for MarketLinx,
bringing to more than 100,000 the number of members whose real estate organizations
have signed contract extensions or renewals with MarketLinx this year.

has proven to Sandicor during the past contract term that its TEMPO™ product
can be customized and is powerful enough to serve a regional MLS (multiple
listing service) the size of San Diego County,” said John Holley, president

California operation owned by the five Associations of REALTORS® serving
San Diego County: Coronado Association of REALTORS®,
East San Diego County Association of REALTORS®,
North San Diego County Association of REALTORS®,
Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® and
the San Diego Association of REALTORS®.
There are nine Sandicor Service Center locations in San Diego County,
serving more than 22,500 REALTORS®.
