Integrated Solution Helps Offices "Go Green" and Improve Efficiency
SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 17, 2009 – MarketLinx, Inc., a leading provider of information technology to the residential real estate industry and a member of The First American Corporation (NYSE: FAF) family of companies, today announced the launch of a new version of Document Manager that directly integrates with its popular Lucero Summit application, making it the first front and back office solution for real estate brokers to offer full-fledged document management capabilities.
Document Manager for Lucero is a solution for securely sharing and storing real estate files online. The Web-based application can be used to manage public and private documents, track document-related tasks and create document archives. Single sign-on authentication allows users to upload and access documents directly from Lucero Summit.
“Lucero Summit is central to our day-to-day operations, so we were very excited to try Document Manager,” said Leslie Myers, director of operations for J.P. Weigand and Sons, Inc. “The integrated interface made it easy to learn and take advantage of all the new functionality. We are very pleased with how the product has helped streamline our business processes.”
“Document Manager for Lucero is a powerful addition to our brokerage management software suite,” said Chip McAvoy, vice president of MarketLinx Broker Solutions. “Office staff can use the program to standardize document rules and workflow and increase operational efficiency. Perhaps most importantly, the program supports auditing and compliance requirements to reduce legal exposure while helping offices use less paper.”
With more than 100,000 users in 18 countries, Lucero Summit is the real estate industry’s most popular and comprehensive office management system. Lucero Summit dramatically reduces staff workload by automating office operations, calculating commissions and managing leads, listings, advertising, showings, transactions, referrals and recruiting.
