Mike Lancaster
Executive Vice President of Sales

In close collaboration with First American Title Insurance Company and other groups within the corporation, J. Michael Lancaster works to meet the needs of regional and national real estate brokerages and franchises with First American products, services and technology.

Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer for First American Vendor Management Services, which provides real estate transaction solutions and full-service vendor management to many of the nations leading lenders. As COO, Lancaster was responsible for directing all aspects of operations including products and service definition, customer service, client implementation, administration and liaison with sales.

Prior to joining First American, Lancaster was Chief Operating Officer for Reez.com, Inc., a company that provided Internet technology and solutions for the real estate industry. He launched the company's transaction and vendor management platform and serviced more than 65 local, regional and national accounts.

Lancaster held several positions over a 15-year period with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, including First Vice President and International Sales Director, Senior Vice President, Western Regional Director and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. As COO, he was responsible for sales, service and administration for the entire U.S. franchise operations, and led the service and quality culture prior to their acquisition by Cendant Corporation.
