Alan
S. Greber
Senior Vice President,
Affiliated Business Ventures
Greber is the founder and has served as President of Security First
Title Affiliates and its Title Partners brand. Security First is
one of the largest joint venture title providers in the United States
with over 50 offices in four states. They are now part of the First
American family of companies.
Prior to Security First, Greber spent 20 years in the real estate
franchising industry, including holding several senior management
positions with Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. His expertise included
the
development
of national marketing programs, merger and acquisition activities,
regional development systems for the franchised networks, and overall
management of regional operations.
Greber started his career in the real estate brokerage business in
Pennsylvania in 1969, and built one of the largest firms in the local
market. He holds a B.S. in Management from Drexel University and
attended graduate studies at St. Joseph’s University, both
in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
An active member, Greber belongs to various business organizations
including the Real Estate Settlement Providers Council, a Washington
D.C. based lobbying organization for the promotion of affiliated
services in the real estate industry.
Greber resides in Tampa, Florida, with his wife, Audrey, and has
two children, Andrew and Melissa.
