Ross D. Anthony
VP Human Resources & Administration

As Vice President Human Resources and Administration, Ross D. Anthony is responsible for Human Resources, Administration, Facilities, Awards/Recognitions, Event Planning and Insurance for First American Residential Group.

In 1977, Anthony began his career in Human Resources with Allstate Insurance Company. During his six-year tenure with the company he held several positions including HR Corporate Recruiter, HR Recruitment Manager and HR Division Manager, until he transferred to Coldwell Banker Relocation in 1983. Anthony remained with Coldwell Banker Relocation as Director, then Vice President of Human Resources until his 1991 transition to Coldwell Banker Corporate. In 1996, Ross was named Sr. Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer for NRT Incorporated (formerly Coldwell Banker Residential Group) when the company was purchased by Cendant. In 2004, Ross was hired to oversee Human Resources, Administration, and Vendor Relations for First Team Real Estate, Costa Mesa, CA, until joining First American Residential Group.

Ross graduated from Iowa State University, with degrees in Political Science and History.
